A Ma'naqiyah Hudrujiyah bred at Dayr out of a mare from the 'Ubayd section of the Fid'an tribe and imported in 1878 to England by Wilfrid and Lady Anne Blunt.
By a Ma'naqi Hudruji of Ibn Sbayyil (or Ma'naqi Sbaili) out of a Ma'naqiyah Hudrujiyah.
NOTES: The above information is from Jerboa's entry in Weatherby's General Stud Book Vol. XIV p603. Archer et al. [1978, p98] and Upton [1980, p84] and [1989, p131], all said to be based on access to records of the Blunts, show Jerboa as bred by 'Uthman al-'Abd of the 'Ubayd Fid'an in the neighborhood of Dayr and as purchased from him. These references also elaborate on Jerboa's sire and dam as follows: by a Ma'niqi Sbaili of the Qumusah section of the Saba'ah tribe and out of a bay Ma'naqiyah Hudrujiyah.
