NOTES: The above information (except for the date) is from the 1932 certified pedigree for *Bint Bint Durra from the Royal Agricultural Society and the pedigree for her daughter Durra, RAS History, p102. Lady Anne Blunt's Sheykh Obeyd herd book [Pearson, 1988, 141] adds the birthdate.

Raswan Index entry #1868 shows the same information as the Sheykh Obeyd herd book, saying, however, that Dalal Al Hamra was bred by the Khedive Abbas II and purchased by the Blunts. This is contradicted by the Sheykh Obeyd herd book [Pearson, ibid], which shows the purchase of Bint El Bahreyn in 1907 by Lady Anne, and the foaling of Dalal Al Hamra in 1910 in the ownership of Lady Anne.
